I know it's not his fault, but I hate this dude face so much. Also, half of his content is shit like: "Well, here's a bunch of science explaining why you shouldn't cook with silicon utensils because they leach chemicals into your food, but you know what, I'm going to keep doing that and you should too because we should be good consumers and not zealots. The end!"
Edit: Also, that's a good review/takedown of him, although it could use more paragraph breaks.

It's okay background noise, but I think he's largely full of shit and it's almost more like "lifestyle" content than useful recipes or information, which the review highlights pretty well. "Just throw random shit in the pot and don't measure anything. Cooking is more fun when you don't try so hard and can just move on to the next activity of your day!" is like some weird 'feel good' advice that's actually terrible and non-sensical on a cooking channel, right?

He's right. You don't need measurements if you've done a lot of cooking
before. I can look at your fridge and make something 
out of whatever 
you have. It will be a stew or a soup most likely and you will enjoy it.

Nice find
The post might initially seem to be a dumb rant (e.g. complaining about recipe timings), but by the end I started to agree with his thesis. Some of Adam's videos are quite interesting (rice bake is a staple in my meal prep), while others, like the veggie soup one, have this nagging vibe percolating throughout the video.

Ragusea doesn't even like cooking so it's fricking baffling that he has a cooking channel. And he hates all the skills required to get better at cooking. I don't have great knife skills but I'm not proud of not having knife skills. He takes joy in filming himself chopping a carrot like a child would. "NO I don't have knife skills and I'm NOT going to learn! I'm not a chef, deal with it!" The best thing about him is he used to be pretty easy to get wound up in the YouTube comments.
