Apparently biltong is a type of dry-aged beef from South Africa (@kaamrev reference). Looks very nice and reminds me of different dried/smoked stuff I see in the outdoor markets, which taste really good. The recipe this guy lays out is super simple as it is literally just covering your meat with spices and letting it dry for 5 days. I've never done drying but I do know how to smoke, so since it's close to summer and the climate in my house is going to be similar to what he described as required, I think I'm gonna try make this, probably sometime in June.

Its just tuna, mayo and diced onions and jalapeños. Came over during my lunch break and made a sandwich and didn't notice i left it out until I got off work because I was really just focused on grabbing some stuff I forgot to bring and in a rush

A lot of fast food slop gets me pooping a couple hours later.
Plus how do you finish a plate/meal packed with so many carbs?
I end up feeling sick during the meal as well.
Are burgers just built different that you have iron slop stomachs?
Teach me your fat ways.

I tried it for the first time and I luv it apparently the one I drank is unsweet and unflavoured but it tasted like vanilla to me.
Never liked "normal" milk too much cause it just left a shitty taste in my mouth. Turns out it's loaded with sugar and cholesterol anyway while the mighty almond has neither. Though it does have less protein so it's not all better.
How do you feel about the almond? Am I a strag?

For example for me, it's something like cheese (good quality block cheese), tomato, salt, pepper, some Italian herbs and spices pickles.
Hey?
