OP post, look at this lazy piece of shit:
Why do I have to waste time arranging my blankets and pillows in the morning? It doesn't make my life easier in any way; it's just another chore, however easy it may be. I've never understood why people get so neurotic over having their bed made and having all their blankets folded in just the right way. If you wanna do it, go ahead, it doesn't bother anyone. But I've heard people talk down on people that don't make their bed as if they're unclean or lazy. I just don't feel the need to, because it doesn't affect my life whatsoever.
Petersonite sets him straight, ugly unkemptbedcel strikes back:
It takes like 30 seconds and shows that you have pride in your space. Good habits fuel good habits, so making your bed and pairing that activity with other helpful activities can make you more productive and content in the morning.
Actually, leaving my bed unmade is why I don't have any mold. mites or bedbugs in my sheets so it's actually a bad habit:
Making the bed every morning traps in moisture and makes a perfect breeding ground for bedbugs
Don't forget that making your bed is good for feeling slutty , a good note to keep in mind for rdrama incels looking to get laid and rdrama foids looking to keep their self-esteem cyclin' in that BPD sort of way we all know and love:
It's because after a long day, climbing into a made bed is just sluttiest best feeling like hnnmgggg
Most comments seem to miss the point that it's really about groomer aesthetics, but doing something good for the wrong reasons is usually still good enough. So, remember, make your beds dramanauts.

Hi, everyone. I was just thinking about how much a conviction initially shakes up a person's life, but how many people here have had success rebuilding relationships and careers while dealing with restrictions.
Regardless of where you're at in life, what's an average day look like for you? How does your conviction (or your partner's conviction) affect you on a daily basis?
I know that for my partner and I, life is pretty normal and on an average day we aren't directly affected by restrictions. Usually we have coffee together before work and spend the evenings hanging out watching shows or playing video games. Sometimes we're busier and have friends come over, work on projects, or get errands and chores out of the way. It's mundane in the best way possible.
This wasn't always the case for either of us, so I'm curious to hear where others are at in life.
Some of the comments:
Every single day is affected.
He can't come to my house, I have to go there. It's an hour each way.
He can't move closer because finding something to rent is virtually impossible. He's put in many applications and never hears anything back.
He has a 6pm-6am curfew on weekdays. If anything needs to happen after 6pm, that's on me. When I had a flat tire two miles away he couldn't come help. When I was rushed to the ER he couldn't come there. When I was incredibly sick he couldn't come stay with me. When a close family member died he couldn't attend the funeral. He can never go to anything like my friends birthday parties, weddings, Friendsgiving. He can't spend holidays with us, he spends them alone and I get there as soon as I can.
Trying to buy a house is maddening. When we find one we like we immediately call to get the address okayed. That takes days, at which point the house is usually under contract by the time we get an answer.
Going out to dinner is a rarity and he has to get permission so it's generally not even worth it.
Pretty much all outdoor activities are off the table due to restrictions.
Basically he goes to work and goes home. He drives almost an hour each way because finding a job where he lives was impossible and finding a place to live close to where he works was equally impossible.
Thankfully his PO will let him be late sometimes so he can do the basic things humans need to do (like get groceries, pay bills, etc…). Otherwise, he's mostly relegated to the shithole he has to live in because finding something else is impossible.
So, typical day for him is:
Get up Go to work Work Go home Shower PO might come by Go to bed
I don't have a typical day anymore. It's madness, chaos, always behind on something, way too much driving, calling his PO to get permission to do something, looking at houses, working till 2am, researching the heck out of everything, reading case files, talking to attorneys, sheriffs, state police, DA's, etc… to try to put an end to this. He can't do those things himself due to his work schedule. Taking care of pets, medical appointments, managing my employees, attempting to finish getting my house ready to sell (with no help).
It's a lot. There's not much of anything that isn't affected.
Whenever we've spoken about this it's absolutely broken my heart. If you need anything, I'm just a call away ♡
Thank you 🥰 I appreciate you more than you can imagine.
I think you have told me but I forgot, is he still on probation/parole? How long has he been on/how long does he have?
Just 9.5 more years. 😩 they give insanely long probation times here.
That's so crazy. A couple years or 5 years is hard enough. 10 on top of prison is just crazy. Do you think as he gets further into probation that his restrictions could get lifted?
Nothing is automatically lifted, you have to take it to court. That's why I spent so much time pulling and reading cases - finding ones like his where they were given much shorter sentences, where they've been allowed to go to unsupervised probation, where they've had pro thin terminated early, etc… I've found people long done and removed from the registry already who were sentenced the same week because their sentences were so much lighter/shorter. So, we'll see.
I hope all your hard work pays off at least in one way or another! Don't stop fighting!
Thank you! I won't stop. It's just… a lot.
I am in tears after reading what your average day is like, it's insane they still punish people for so many years after prison. I have a family member who is in prison now, he will face the similar situation after the prison. I admire your sacrifice for your loved one, it's very inspiring, also thank you so much for your advice and shared info in this sub, your hard work on research has been helping me a lot, I am sure it helps other people too, greatly appreciate it. Take care, hope the situation of you two gets to improve in the near future.
What a struggle this p-do has to go through
Mine is fairly boring. I wake up, have breakfast, a few shots of espresso, pack gym clothes and go to work for 7:30/8am. I usually take lunch around 1 or 2 and go to the gym. Then back to work until around 8 or 9pm. Then when I get home do some meal prep, laundry, etc. Repeat this.
Weekends sometimes I work. I have my son every other weekend. Then after work on weekends sometimes I'll go out with a lady friend. I also take care of most of my cooking, and household stuff on weekends. Have a cigar and a drink here and there.
Fairly boring.
That sounds cozy. Boring is good, IMO.
Not for my personality type.
Aw man. I hope you find some adventure and stimulation, then!
I think adventure and stimulation may be where a lot of his problems stem from...
Normal. I'm up for work , kid at camp , daughter in day care, coke home , cook, clean , bed time. Rinse and repeat. Sprinkled in are fun time, movies , parks, day trips , farms to pick fruit, etc.
Beach vacation 1 week are year , typically a beach in SC.
Only shitty part us school events and registering every 6 months. In MD by the way.
I watch my kids all day during the day. When my wife gets off work I go to the gym. Then I play video games for a few hours and then I lay in bed and watch streamers on twitch til I'm ready to go to sleep. On my wife's day off we usually go do things. Recently we went on a boat ride through a cave. That was pretty cool. It'll get difficult when my 5 year old goes to school in August. At that point I'll have to go back to work. Been a stay at home dad for the last 5 years. I have no idea who will hire me. The registry rarely comes up in my house anymore. I have arrangements with my kids schools so I can go to school functions. Life Is pretty normal. Sometimws I almost forget that I'm on the list. I hope everyone who reads this has a good life or a life that gets better. Take care yall.
Been off probation since 2018. That's when life got mostly back to normal. I'm lifetime registrant.
It made me really happy to read your comment. You're giving others so much hope; I'm proud of you for getting through your probation!
Thank you. There was a time when life was heck. And my wife told me she would never have a kids with me. I thought about divorcing her so she could find someone else and have a kid later. Having the guilt of robbing my wife of motherhood was worse than any of the registry restrictions. But if I divorce her when she said she wanted to stay with me is just tak8ng one more choice away from her. So I stayed. And things got better and we decided we could have a kid after all. And he is a treasure. He is starting kindergarten in August and he is so excited.
Wtf is with this wife who said she wasn't going to have kids with this registered s*x offender and then immediately changed her mind
My life sucks
I contemplate suicide everyday. I mostly sleep as much as possible and even when I wake up I just lay there with my eyes closed trying to go back to sleep. The restrictions are insane and make improving my life or succeeding virtually impossible. I just sleep, work, and pray to god that I won't wake up again. No friends and too poor to afford anything.

Hi all!
I was going through my stuff and realized I literally don't own any shorts. I almost exclusively wear jeans and skirts.
I'm 6'3 and I hate how capris look, I think they make my legs look stumpy and short.
All my height is in my legs.
I'd still like to be modest, so no daisy dukes or short shorts.
On another note I'm very surprised there's not a /h/fashion

Terry Warner, also known as the "George Lucas Predator" for his resemblance to the Star Wars director, was caught during the Ocean County, NJ investigation. He comes onto the beach after much prodding by Casey, the on-site decoy who Lorne winds up in a catfish relationship three separate times, only to immediately turn around and start to leave when he sees a couple unrelated to the sting walking along the coast, only to be stopped on his way back to his car by Chris.
He's notable for two reasons: one being that last minute after a month long chat he tells the online decoy and later Chris during the interview that he spoke to a friend who was a lawyer and this friend told him that having s*x with a 13 year old is illegal (you think?) so he wasn't going to have s*x with this girl during his visit—a clear move to try and shield himself from legal trouble if he were caught. The other reason he's notable is for saying during the interview that he knew it "looks bad" that he brought a bra for the decoy which leads to Chris interrupting him and saying "'Looks bad?' It is bad!" while laughing, making it one of the very few times Chris has ever laughed during an interview.
Chatlog
This is how his chatlog starts out:
Note his screenname: nj_dom_4_f. Clearly he has naughty thoughts in mind. Also he lies about his age and says he's 49 when he's 60, something predators do a lot.
This is where the chatlog turns sexual, about five minutes after they started talking:
Terry later says she is very sexy and he wishes he were her dad and then asks if she wears a bra and panties to bed and that she should cuddle with a pillow that night and pretend it is him:
One really weird thing Terry does constantly in his chat is roleplay out a whole s*x session by himself while the decoy gives him the most basic and non-committed answers possible. Here he crafts his amateurish erotic prose while instructing her what doggystyle is:
Terry eventfully asks her if she would like for him to be a dad or boyfriend more, and then assures her he can both and they can still have s*x while maintaining a paternal relationship:
In a very sweet and tender moment, Terry professes his love for his daughter/s*x toy for the very first time:
Here Terry acknowledges his worry about going to jail and how they will probably avoid having s*x so he doesn't get in trouble (even though he has already committed two felonies):
This is the end of the chatlog before Terry makes his way to the beach, unaware he'll be in cuffs by the end of the night, He reiterates at the very end that his lawyer said they can't do anything physical, but come on, you and I both know this was a dumb attempt by him to avoid getting arrested if this were a sting. Completely unaware that he was getting arrested regardless.
Repercussions, or not
Terry was convicted of attempted sexual assault and child luring and was sentenced to no jail time, just lifetime parole and registration as a s*x offender. Furthermore, he is classified as a Level One on the NJ S*x Offender Registry, which means that all of his information is private. So we have no clue of his current whereabouts or activity, and he only has to check in with a probation officer twice a year. Which seems light with how methodical and graphic his chatlog is, but what do I know.

Berlatsky wrote this
Berlatsky is Communications Director for Prostasia
I was going to write a post about Prostasia but the kiwifarms writeup is excellent so just read that
KF TL;DR notes
Prostasia is a tax-exempt charity and "child protection organization"
Prostasia has pedos who've actually molested children in executive positions
Also employs:
A "hebephile" (11-15yrs) who talks about Tanner Stages
A man who says the porn-spiral made him a p-do (convicted of having CP)
Their Advisor and Development Officer runs a company that sells child s*x dolls
They write p-do & s*x apologia and do little, if any, child protection
There's a "MAP Support Club" that allows minors to join (>13)
They weaponize wokeism to protect pedos (see: their complaints about Sound of Freedom)
Prostasia thinks s*x offender registries should not be established, that they’re racist, and that they are harmful to the offenders – though they never once address the ways in which the registry protects those at risk from offenders
basically a p-do normalization org

The Prison Era
Picking up from where we last left off, Lorne Armstrong plead guilty on March 31st, 2008. He was sentenced to 60 months for the federal charges thrown at him on June 30th, 2008, and sentenced to 7 years for his stage charges on August 8th, 2008, He was originally housed in the Luther Luckett Correctional Complex in Kentucky:
There he served the majority of his time, but was paroled in 2011. That didn't mean he was free, though. He still had 15 months he had to serve for his federal crimes and was transferred to Fort Dix in New Jersey upon release. That means in total he served 5 years, 2 weeks, and 5 days of prison time before being released.
December 28th, 2007, the final episode of To Catch a Predator aired, this one being the Bowling Green sting Lorne was caught in. His fellow inmates in jail (this was before he was transferred to prison), saw the episode as it aired and mocked and bullied Lorne mercilessly before he moved on to prison.
As for his job, he had only held it for a week before being arrested in the sting, and to them he had just vanished before being contacted by detectives. They unsurprisingly stated they would likely not rehire him.
The elderly couple Lorne had scammed in Maine before fleeing to Nashville also saw the episode and wrote Lorne a letter telling him how badly they had taken advantage of them and how it was karma what he was going through now.
So what did Lorne get up to in his time in prison. Well for one he wrote a journal that we thankfully have the contents of. He also wrote a book titled Taken Abroad about a man who returns from the Iraq War suffering from PTSD that takes an absolutely wild and abrupt turn about 3/4 of way through, Here is an excerpt of the book from a sensual love scene:
Once she turned the one dim light on that sat on her night stand, she returned herself to his embrace and began exploring the inside of his mouth with her tongue again. Finding each other getting more lost in the moment, the fires inside of them began to grow hotter as they lost their clothes and climbed under the covers of the queen size bed. He slid his hand between her breast and down to her navel, then gently back up and slowly brushed his thumb against her already hardened nipple. The contact made her let out a heavy exhale and he traced the V in her neck with his tongue then began moving it toward her left breast. She memorized the form of the muscles in his back as she let his tongue and hands take their freedom of exploring her body. She moaned when he moved his hand to the core of her. As his fingers thrust back and forth her inner heat grew and expelled a dampness between her thighs that she had never before experienced to this extent. Her body was crying out for his manhood with every pleasurable stroke his fingers made.
He removed his fingers gently from her core and feathered them back up to her right nipple and pulled his body over the top of hers. He felt her heavy, erotic breath on his face as his erection brushed her wet center. Then she let out a gentle moan as he entered her body. Her moans grew into cries with every strong inward push he threw her until the final cry of passionate release and satisfaction hat came from them both as his sticky nectar released into her willing flower. Aaron rolled over to relieve her body of his weight. She laid her head upon his chest and muttered, "I love you" to Aaron. He returned with "I love you too" as she rested her hand on his right bicep and fell asleep for the night.
Lorne's Prison Journal
As mentioned, Lorne kept a journal to pass the time while in prison, a lot of it is his day to day and his collected thoughts on serving in prison and what his prison mates were like. But he also wrote a lot about his thoughts on the case and why in his mind he is completely innocent.
As you can see he makes a lot of excuses for the evidence he was caught with. Despite clearly mentioning in the chat about having s*x with her with condoms:
and taking pictures of them having s*x with his camera:
and he says Perverted Justice told him to bring a gift, but he is the one who brought it up first:
Lorne spends a lot of pages in his prison journal bemoaning all of the ways he has been victimized and screwed over by the justice system. The entire time thinking he was bieng unfairly railroaded for one reason or another, Be it money, or to make episodes of To Catch a Predator.
What amazes me is that the law says that you can only be charged one time for a crime. So to get “around” that law, the state charge me for this crime naming it one thing, then the Feds charged me for the same crime but just gave it a different name. It’s double jeopardy in a supposedly “legal” way. What I call it is a crock of shit! In my opinion, if the Feds pick up a case the state should automatically HAVE to drop it. The only reason the state isn’t dropping my case is because they want more money. That to me is sick, dishonest justice. My charge is bullshit anyway because the authorities had to talk me into doing the crime I did. And they only did that so they could make a television show. If I would have been in my right frame of mind at the time and not been so vulnerable, they never would have been able to talk me into doing this disgusting crime. The same goes with a few other guys that got talked into doing the same crime.
Lorne also goes on a tangent, railing on how disgusting a gay child molester he's in prison is:, completely oblivious to the obvious contradiction there
I guess that’s enough about that for right now. I’ll talk more about my case at the end of the book and tell the reason I’m in this place. Right now I’ve picked out another book to read to help me pass more time. Terry was in here earlier crying about his family and how they’ve mistreated him. The guy is a disgusting idiot. He was in prison once before for child molestation and is in here now for having child pornography and videos on his computer. He’s the 52 year old gay that has a crush on the 22 year old in here. He told me that when he gets in the shower he was going to ask Aaron if he wants to come in with him and wash his back. He said if Aaron says no then he’s going to ask him if he wants to wash his front. That was disgusting! The guy is big and fat and a drone. His gut sticks way out in front of him. I kind of think sometimes that Aaron IS gay though. I just think he hasn’t come out of the closet yet.
Lorne once again displays his homophobia, something that trolls and catfishes would utilize against him to make him as angry as possible:
Yesterday Aaron and Vern made my mouth drop again. I didn’t think that was possible but it happened. They were both in my room talking to me and then they started fooling around with each other trying to hit each other in the nuts. Vern wrapped a thin laundry bag around his head so that it covered his mouth and him and Aaron made out. Literally made out with each other with just a thin laundry bag between them. I almost puked. I told them that if they were going to do that disgusting crap then they needed to do it some other place. God that was gross! I found out some other stuff yesterday that was also quite disgusting. Eric told me that John & Terry had s*x with each other when they were roomates. That’s why John and Nate switched rooms and Nate is now Terrys roommate, because Terry has been trying not to do gay things. Looks like he failed though. Doesn’t sound like “he was trying too hard to me!
Lorne stresses again that he never had any plans to do anything sexual with the girl and he was lured and entrapped into saying something along those lines. Now, after everything, I've shown you, does this strike you as even slightly true?
I had no intension of ever beinganything to this girl except for someone who warned her about the dangers of the internet and then to leave her alone. Perverted Justice kept me talking and found that I was vulnerable because of things I had been going through so they played on that and got me to talk sexual to the girl and talked me into coming to Bowling Green, Kentucky to her house after I had told them “No” several different times. Perverted Justice had used guilt trips and anything else they could to get me to finally come to this house in Bowling Green, Kentucky. They had even sent me 11 or 12 pictures that weren’t even of the same girl. I couldn’t see it at the time, even though it was very plain to see, that the pictures were of different girls. The only thing that I was able to see was that someone was giving me attention that had to do with me. It could have been an 80 year old Lady and I would have reacted the same way. As sad as that may sound, it’s even more sad to know that I was that far out of it. I always wondered how it could be that a person could get so far gone in the head that it would make him do something stupid. Now that I’ve been there I can see how it’s possible.
Perverted Justice decoys NEVER initiated either first contact or turning the conversation sexual to avoid cries of entrapment. Remember, this is how the conversation first turned sexual:
Lorne explicitly is the one to turn it sexual. He starts to delude even himself.
Towards the end of his prison journal Lorne turns political and he shares a lot of the same beliefs many people here have:
Another entry the same day because I got jolted earlier with a reminder of things I’m NOT going to miss and will be EXTREMELY happy to get out of my life. Earlier in the room I abide in for the time I’m here, I was having a rare discussion with 2 black guys about politics and who was at fault for alot of the messed up things that have happened in the last 10 - 15 years. Another black guy walked in just as I said that I wouldn’t vote for Obama or for Romney, I would vote for Mickey Mouse first before either of them. This black guy that walked in got all upset because I was talking about Obama and said that everything that happened during Obama’s presidency was Bush’s fault. I didn’t bother to get in an argument with him because he’s number than a pounded thumb and doesn’t have shit for brains. He laughs like an old lady and acts like a little kid a majority of the time. He dodges every possible kind of responsibility he acquires and has every intention of selling drugs again when he goes back on the street. He’s a typical case of a recidivist. All because of being lazy and wanting the world to take care of him so he can lay his fat butt on the couch and collect welfare and sell drugs. He’s someone that will, without a doubt, be incarcerated again and again until he’s an old man and possibly until he dies. Like so many guys that are like him, life is just a big joke. As much as I wish I could say that being incarcerated helps people to grow to be a better person, I can’t. It does some people but most of them that are in here for selling drugs or some type of similar charge will just go back to the life they led that got them in here to begin with.
While he is in prison, Lorne files a lawsuit against NBC (later to be known as the lolsuit). He bemoans in his journal how NBC was out catching innocent people like him instead of real predators:
What I’m saying is that if MSNBC Dateline is going to do such a show as this then they and their affiliates, “Perverted Justice” need to be sure they’re catching actual predators, not taking advantage of someones mental or emotional state of mind and talking them into doing something they wouldn’t normally do, sply to help their ratings for a television show and to help put money in their pockets. If someone is an actual predator, they will be out there looking for it.
I'll cover the lolsuit in its entirety in a future part.
Sweet Freedom
On November 6th, 2012, Lorne walked out of Fort Dix, NJ as a free man. Well, free-ish. He had an ankle monitor on that would be taken off in a couple days. This monitor was to ensure he was going to Maine like he said where he would go under the s*x offender registry and probation. His mom had already secured Lorne a place to live up there. The first things Lorne did upon his relief was buy a pack of Marlboro Reds and a chicken pot pie. Then he made his way to Maine, the state he wouldn't leave for the rest of his life.
Unbeknownst to Lorne, while all of this was going on a small community of To Catch a Predator fans began to gravitate towards Lorne. There was something so pathetic about him and also fascinating. He had a 400 page chatlog and a deep and embarrassing back story. His interview with Chris is one of the most emasculating ones.
The Church of Cawd was starting to form, and the next part will be pretty Lorne light as I evaluate this community's rise and how they came to interact with the man himself.
