Not sure what the Star Trek: Voyager clip is about but I'll tell you between the two of them, I'll take Torres. Just have to rip her Klingon prosthetic off her forehead. Jeri Taylor I'm sure was a great actress but she got terrible writing. Which is funny because she was fricking the showrunner, Brannon Braga, who had written some of the best scripts ever seen on TV for TNG. But he just gave her terrible horribly diluted Spock material. I dunno what happened to that guy.

Tbf this is (if I understand it right) before it aired. And there had never been a serious scifi tv show before this. It was all children's stuff like Captain Video. There was a radio show Dimension X which was similar in that it was based on stories from magazines but it was pretty daring to actually try to do it on TV. And remember the world was really really fricking poor back then.

I've been told many times in the last year that I "hate Jews" because I disagree with blowing up all the houses in Gaza. Frick these cute twinks. I'm more of a real Jew than any of them will ever be. I'm no rabbi but I know one of the foundations of the Jewish religion is trying to do the right thing. That's kind of supposed to be a big deal in their religion.
