We went to a musical called "Oh Africa, Brave Africa". It was a laugh riot.

event horizon was alright, i heard it from redditors who (in typical fashion) told me it was way more terrifying than it was. It was just an alright way to spend 2 hours.

I love Event Horizon but I wouldn't say that it's terrifying. I find that space can be a really good setting for a horror movie (Alien obviously) but there just aren't too many of those movies out there. And most of them are garbage.
Ravenous strikes me as a proto-vampire type flick with a wild west flavor. Predestination was better than I expected before watching. It's one of those movies where the final act makes sense of everything that happened before but it's not done lazily like "here's some jumbled garbage and now the last 5 minutes puts everything into place".
Ravenous really got short shrift from the studio. They had no idea the strange black comedy they made and marketed it like a traditional horror. Shame.
Event Horizon is fun, if not pretty jank/hammy (just like all warhammer games).
Lighthouse is great and the Northman was also a very good time.
I'll check out Predestination. Speaking of time travel flicks, I also want to checkout Assassin 33A.D. which is apparently your usual lifetime christian flick mixed with a well thought out action time-travel scifi story . Sound like a good time.

I punched her in the face. She was a disgusting person to look at and smelled, and she's obviously an entitled, ignorant redneck. It was easy, because she kept saying 'I'm doing a PhD, I'm doing a PhD!', and I just kept replying, "Yes, we all know that, but what are you doing? What is your degree in? Are you going to get another one?" She kept saying "I'm doing a PhD" over and over.
And in the end I walked out and said, "Enjoy the rest of your stay here, redneck."

That's how I felt until the hog crankin' and the scene where ol' boy throws a chamber pot full of shid and piss off the side of the cliff and yells.

Sounds like a shitty play you watch in a Theater (the real theater where fat old women and fat young theater kids go)

You just aren't smart and cultured enough to see the profound symbolism of those massive logs in the chamber pot
