Many Canadians have recently found themselves scratching their heads, thinking "were there always so many stinky jeets in this country?" :marseythinkorino:

Don't worry, I'm here to break down all of the recent events that may explain the jeet infestation!

(1) Trudeau's Forbidden Love

Our Glorious Emperor has many-a-time exclaimed his undying love of subcontinental asian culture. Here's a picture of him making samosas at a samosa factory in celebration of Diwali! :marseywholesometrans:

https://i.imgur.com/LVzlidi.png

Last summer, he publicly accused the indian government of assassinating a fugitive indian terrorist on Canadian soil. The man attempted to illegally enter the country under a false passport years ago, but was rejected. 11 days later, he married an indian woman in attempt to get sponsored in, but that too was rejected. A few years later, the Canadian government just let him into the country anyway.

https://i.imgur.com/mfu3kQM.png

Nijjar (LOL) was the president of a Sikh temple in BC for years (despite being accused of association with a khalistani terrorist organisation in india and having two Interpol red notices placed on him) before he was assassinated in BC last summer.

Speaking of Khalistan, Trudeau was also publicly scolded by the indian president for allowing the display of a float that depicted the assassination of a former indian prime minister during a khalistani protest in Brampton

https://i.imgur.com/HhKZ5Ar.png

In response, Trudeau stated that Canada would always defend "freedom of expression, freedom of conscience and peaceful protest".

Very true Justin, Canada is a free speech absolutist country and would never place economic sanctions on peaceful protestors as if they're invading their neighbouring country.

By the way, the Khalistani movement is a group of sikhs who want to establish an independent sikh state "in Punjab, india". I put that in quotations because Khalistanis are almost exclusively indian diaspora who "vote" on Khalistan while not even living in india. I don't know how they expect a "vote" outside of the country would have any influence on india itself, and I also find it hard to believe that the establishment of khalistan would actually convince them to go back to india, since indians seem dead set on living anywhere except india (despite being obnoxiously patriotic).

(2) The College Diploma Mill Scandal

Recently, it was revealed that Canadian colleges and universities were effectively bypassing immigration limits by accepting vast amounts of international students (mostly from india) into useless 2 year programs. Many of these "colleges" are actually just shitty rooms above strip malls, but admission to these colleges are still considered valid to receive a student permit (which can eventually lead to permanent residence).

https://i.imgur.com/8oySdr3.png

To put it into perspective, the amount of international students present in Canada increased from 300k in 2019 to almost 900k in 2024.

The Minister of Immigration up until recently, Sean Fraser, who was responsible for allowing this massive uptick, is now the Minister of Housing and constantly talks about how dire the housing situation is (that he created, by allowing for millions of jeets to clog up the sewerlines)

https://i.imgur.com/vyfPJjM.png

Funny side note, there was a massive protest at Algoma University by jeets who claimed they were unjustly failed twice in the same course. Turns out they were actually failed because they cheated and didn't read instructions :marseylaughpoundfist: :marseylaughpoundfist:

https://i.imgur.com/WFY3ega.jpg

(3) The Sexy Indian dude Under-Cities :marseyrat:

You might be asking yourself, "where are all these indians living if there's a housing crisis?" If you ask redditards that question, they will tell you that indian students were sold a lie by the evil westerners and are forced to live in tents :soycry:

https://i.imgur.com/G5Ypdra.png

However, apparently some of these tent videos are actually fake, and indians are paying people to pretend to live in them to send the evil westerners a message :marseyjewofthesubcontinent:

https://i.imgur.com/zmk04N7.png

In reality, indians are cramming themselves into basements that violate building codes, and jeet landlords have even begun protesting a new bill that would force them to maintain their house to a standard greater than that of a delhi slum. This bill is in response to people complaining of lodging houses and garbage pileup in jeet-infested neighbourhoods.

https://i.imgur.com/6lGLx6U.png

Jfc, even the most zealous blue-haired they/them couldn't protest as much as the average middle-aged rajesh in Canada.

There are more people at that rally than there are Trans People in Canada.

:marseyhesright:

Let them dress and act how they want. Use pronouns they choose. Whatever. But poisoning a child with chemicals should be a crime. They can do anything when they are 18. Let them wait. A 12 year old doesn't know up from down.

So no chemo therapy anymore then, Mr. "no PhD in any healthcare field"?

:soyjakanimeglasses:

It's incredibly maddening that people think of children as basically non humans that they can't have their own thoughts and opinions.

:marseygroomer:

What if your teen wants surgery to hide a birthmark, or breast enhancement or reduction, or contraception, or a tattoo, or a hundred other things that might be extremely important to them at the most socially active and transformative time of their lives, that some people are ok with and others find gross?

its the same

Conservatives = Making laws to harm things and people they don't understand or like. Scourge on humanity.

ɓased?

Is Alberta the Florida of Canada?

It's like the plot of a bad anime.

50 years ago the religious far right realized they were in trouble because science, education, and modern communication was becoming a growing antidote to their poison. They could read the writing on the wall: their domination was coming to an end.

Since then they've been corrupting courts, politicians, popular culture, and businesses for 50 years. Reagan, Schlafly, Falwell, the Federalist Society, the IDU, evangelicals in the Southern US... they've been slowly building strength, waiting for an opportunity to unleash "heck" up on the world's democracies.

Trump was that signal. They knew if they'd waited longer, good people would be strong enough to stop them.

So now we fight.

On a long enough timeline, we win. But how hard we fight will determine how many victims they'll be allowed to take from us until we do.

People who can become pregnant, members of the LGTBQ+ community, and visible minorities are their current targets. If they take more ground, antitheists like myself and religious minorities will be their next targets.

We cannot take this threat seriously enough. This is the fight of our generation.

maybe this isn't the right place for this rant but I'm just so exhausted. I live in Alberta, and our trump wannabe premier has just introduced bills banning the typical "gender and sexuality ideology in schools", pretty much word for word replicating the florida bills and those that have followed since. Canadian politics never used to be this divisive and intolerant, now it just feels like we are falling closer and closer down the same path as America's extremism, its like a virus. I am truly scared for what happens next, book banning? don't say gay bills? complete ban of abortion? I live with my mom and her boyfriend and he dragged her into qanon a long time ago, but they are only getting more insane and hyped up as it influences Canada more and more. I already heard them cheering at the TV tonight, wishing death to all those "evil teachers turning the children queer". My mom used to be such a tolerant and loving person, she is unrecognizable now after 3 years of being involved in this crap.

away from family I'm also terrified for the future of my beautiful home province. Our premier would rather spend all our taxpayer money and all her time, introducing these meaningless, pandering bills just to win over the favour of the extreme alt-right movement here. We have so many issues in this province that are getting pushed to the side and budget cut. Our healthcare system is falling to pieces, we have a shortage of ambulances, increase of substance abuse related deaths, climate change is destroying us since we have had barely any precipitation this year (theres barely any snow which is NOT normal for january so theres for sure going to be a drought and strain on agriculture, our wildfire seasons are getting worse due to the dryness and lack of funding, I can't move out of my home due to the cost of rent insurance groceries gas etc. so many issues that need to be productively fixed but our premier would rather just sit and take selfies with tucker carlson and plastic straws while blaming EVERYTHING on the federal government instead of doing anything productive. so many instragram and twitter comments are in support of this, its like everyone has suddenly become brainwashed by this cult. I'm so tired :(

:marseyitsover:

Northern albertan here. To quote my boy Caesar Augustus: Things happen slowly. And then all at once

Doom approaches!

Fellow Albertan here. I am disgusted at what this province is becoming

its already disgusting its canada lol

Yes. Americаn here and I feel more hopeless all the time, especially for my children and future grandchildren. I'm so sorry to hear things are getting crazy for our northern neighbors as well.

its so hopeless :marseysad:

Americаn here. Nothing has felt good since 2017-2018 & it's getting worse. I'm pretty convinced we're going to end up in some Mad Max-like situation sooner rather than later. Covid sped up the decline. When I think about the future… I have none. I don't feel suicidal or anything… I just don't see how anything around the world, and especially in Americа, can get better. And what would there be for me to want to stick around for?

the latest heckin goyslop

I'm in the US and I feel dread every day. I live in a red state with an ultra-religious majority. Nearly all of my friends, neighbors and coworkers are Trump supporters. Even my partner (who is also into Q adjacent conspiracies). I am sorry and disappointed that this has spread to your country. I literally woke up this morning thinking I should contact your government to see what the process would be to seek refugee status (if it comes to that) with my special needs daughter. Then I saw your post. It feels like there is nowhere to go to escape this.

Im an r-slur but its worse everywhere else and аmerica isnt that bad

:marseyflagcanada:Canadian gov puts 3yr hold on allowing MAID :marseymaid: for the "mentally ill" because 20-30yr old women kept getting it because they were lonely and depressed

I was driving and my iPhone was dead so listened to this AM radio interview with a Canadian doctor who chaired a Maid division at this hospital.

He said

  • women outpaced men between 2 to 1 and 3 to 1 for Maid approval after "mental illness" was legally granted as a reason

  • one of the most common reasons checked in a questoinaire about motivations was "loneliness"

  • social issues were as frequent motivations as simply mental health (ie isolation, family, not fricking, etc)

  • this doc was an early pro-Maid proponent but he got uncomfortable after the numbers exploded after 2021 rule changed from "I have cancer and chemo sucks" types to "I'm sad cuz I'm :marseychonkerfoid: and BPD"

  • a bunch of 20-30yrs olds started getting when it was initially all old people

  • 13,000 did it in 2022 alone

  • 4% of all deaths in Canada were from Maid that year

This is all from memory I'm not Googling it cuz its Friday

So after all the outrage over Maid the gov put a 3yr stop gap on "mental illness" requests and will only allow health based reasons (cancer and cripples or whatever).

Your brain needs to be really damaged to vote for conservatives. I don't get how, with the obscene amount of issues we have about affordability and housing, they have the guts to keep attacking women and minorities. It is impossible to process for me.

Because their voters are either heavy Christians and/or hate liberal more than they care about their own welfare. They don't vote conservative because they think the concervative platform is good for them, they vote for it because they believe the Conservative party will hurt people they don't like.

:marseyreading:

God, I'd hate to be anyone who isn't a cishet person in Alberta or Saskatchewan right now. What the heck, how do these awful people keep getting voted in?

:marseyhmm:

Oh frick off back to Kansas you Christian fascists. Sick of these people trying to impose their fear of God on us, get with the modern world.

The willing in this country need to draw a line in the sand, for which this line shall not be passed or it will mean unrest. I was hoping that something severe would happen when Roe got repealled.

I genuinely hate Canadians

"La special ketchup chips! We are so polite! [Read: 95% of us live next to New England and we think America is New York City and base our identity on not being that]"

They are massively overrepresented as right wing grifters who pretend to be American. They descend from loyalists to England and snooty frogs and they try falsely claiming to have burned down the Whitehouse as their national historical story of pride, even though that was done entirely by Britain. They're losers all around and every single one I've encountered has been a butthole.

https://x.com/abdaniellesmith/status/1752814944716734935

Premier Smith outlines the following changes that will impact school divisions:

  • The Government of Alberta will require parental notification and an opt-in requirement for students who are learning curriculum involving gender identity, sexual orientation or human sexuality

  • Third-party resource materials or presentations related to gender identity, sexual orientation or human sexuality in K-12 schools will need to be pre-approved by the Minister of Education to ensure materials are age-appropriate

  • For students aged 15 and younger, the government will require parental notification and consent for changes to a student's name or pronoun

  • For students aged 16 and 17, parental notification is required but consent is not required

Alberta already had a few protests over the changes. :soyjaktantrum: Unfortunately, I'm at work so I can't post any seething atm.
