Flattery. If you know how to play the guy so he can fool himself into believing you're into him and not his huge, throbbing, gigantic bank account, you have it made. At that level, as others have said, there's plenty of pretty things throwing themselves at him. Good looks alone aren't enough to catch and hold the interest. And if they're young, they probably don't have the experience to know just how to hook the fish, apart from being pretty.
