Still on my reread of Harry Potter, 3rd book now. I feel like the HBO show would benefit a lot from rewriting the first few books heavily to make everything more consistent, but I doubt Rowling would let them. Also, I wonder if ppl would scream about "muh canon" in this case like thry did with witcher, lotr and so on

Finished "the city and its uncertain wall" by murakami, I don't think it's his best work but it seems like it was cathartic for him to be able to finish a story he started in the 80s.
It wouldn't be my recommendation for a first murakami book but it's up there. Much more grounded than some of his other work.
Need to watch 100 years of solitude on netflix, I might read that after watching season 1. apparently the show increased the economy of the country they shot it in by like 50 million dollars.
