This whole saga has made me feel legitimately bad for Ted though. It's obvious she doesn't have a lot of friends IRL, it's hard to do when you're neurodivergent and suffering from other mental health issues, and was just trying to find a community/kinship. Ted shares the blame because she's made a cavalcade of hilariously terrible decisions that has lead us to the point where we are today.

But spal is a genuine sexpest. We've seen the way he operates, slides into DMs and acts like this innocent guy just trying to help out mentally damaged women and then uses that info for his personal gain. He the definition of a male feminist. Ted tried to do damage control after she woke up, but in typical Ted fashion it was in the most r-slurred way possible.

Let's be clear, spal chooses to put pictures of himself online, he chooses to write blog posts that contain identifiable info, he chooses to interact with and take advantage of mentally damaged people and then expects anyone with half a brain not to see through his whole “woe is me” attitude. Anyone with a shred of decency would've just said frick this noise and left, he wasn't going to be in any legal trouble from Ted's allegations. No cops were going to knock on his door, and he has all the legal evidence he needs to prove that it was “consensual” if they did. But he is incapable of doing that because he's a piece of shit and sees this site as a way to trick vulnerable people as a means to an end.

I've interacted with Ted maybe once, and I've (politely) called her r-slurred multiple times in this thread lol. But you could be right, maybe I am infantalizing her beyond what should.
