The best thing about the new attention economy is that there is no way to deplatform people anymore. If people ever stop paying attention to you, all you have to do is say some dangerous stuff that will get lots of people killed, and then they'll be forced to pay attention to you. Deplatforming dangerous people who are willing to cause mass chaos is kind of like trying to give somebody the silent treatment while they're stabbing you. You can't fight bad speech with censorship, you can only fight it with good speech.

Personally, I think deplatforming is literally the dumbest strategy that Democrats ever came up with, but let's see if they roll anything new out between now and the midterms. Leftoids are always great at finding elaborate ways to self-destruct.
