I don't really know why this hasn't existed yet, but especially recently there's been a bunch of great drama that deserved coverage.

I hear ya. I'm lucky to have had no game-stopping chronic injuries yet, although age is definitely catching up on me....

Cycling and kayaking are two easier ways on the knees to get some unmotorized outdoor recreation. I'm just about to set out for an all-day bike ride on the rails-to-trails.
