What surprises me is that soccer players never get killed in any of them. Because in a free for all at least one of them would be dead I figure. Only difference is that they got security. So the way I see it the reason riots keep happening is because they cheap out on the security at the football stadium.
I read the news article: this looks like a case of the security actually causing the stampede lol. Middle income nation cops not even once.

What I find incredible is that there's no communication from the police. They're just shooting off tear gas without giving any instructions on wtf people should do to get away from it. Cops have known since before tear gas existed that you don't use force against a crowd until after you've told them what you want and they've refused to do it. It's especially inexcusable inside of a stadium. It never occurred to anyone to just use the fricking PA system?
