What surprises me is that soccer players never get killed in any of them. Because in a free for all at least one of them would be dead I figure. Only difference is that they got security. So the way I see it the reason riots keep happening is because they cheap out on the security at the football stadium.
I read the news article: this looks like a case of the security actually causing the stampede lol. Middle income nation cops not even once.

They died by trampling not murder. Only way to take out a player would be a projectile and I doubt you can kill with a stone throw without a lot of luck and training
