That one is profoundly untrue. Firstly our government has no ambitions whatsoever, secondly Germany over the years has went against Poland again and again. Any success we have is despite them, not thanks to them. Well, maybe thanks to their money we siphoned through the EU, but still.

I think so. at least it was so in the past. In recent years some fund got frozen due to our government not playing ball with the commission.
I'm not sure how much Germany wants to give, and how much they need to due to how EU works.

We are the most productive (GDP), thus obviously pay the most, but last time I checked we were top payers even by per capita. And since we throw away our money at all various shit things instead of our own infrastructure it's most likely we are not required to outdo countries like France at per capita.

No idea. It's true, that we have been rearming big time since Russia started to wag its flaccid peepee around again, but a lot of our tanks went to Ukraine, and not sure how the purchase of new ones is going.
Anyway, bigger army does not translate to much on its own (aside of being a detterent and a money sink), and I don't expect our government to properly use or maintain the military power we have.
