Wanting women's legal status to be designed according to biblical/Talmudic tradition

I'm not sure the leftoids have thought this one through, but it would be a fun experiment so I fully endorse it.

Primitive interpretations of Abrahamic religions are right about women.

It's a bullshit argument because Judaism argues that the life of the pregnant woman is more valuable than the life of the fetus if the fetus' birth will kill the mother. The reasoning is the mother can birth again but if she dies during childbirth then society loses a babymaker. I don't see any state forcing a woman to give birth if that means the woman will die from labor. Also, this was when women were giving birth in 110 degrees heat n the family's straw bed with a midwife nearby. Pregnancy-related deaths have gone down significantly with modern medicine.

It's also a bullshit argument because Employment Division v. Smith states that you can ban actions that happen to be religious practices so long as you are not specifically targeting that religion.

The word woman was used exactly once in this article, in a quote from the Torah. In ever single other instance, pregnant person/people was used.

Inside you there are two wolves:

Wolf 1: "Why should we listen to this old book? It's full of weird shit. Endless parables about circumcision and laws that have no relevance to modern life."

Wolf 2: "I agree with the first wolf."
