Yes, @bbbb is a GPT-3 bot. Every comment it has ever made has been generated by GPT-3. I might write a nerdshit explanation of how it exactly works later, but suffice it to say it is really simple. It didn't even use training data. Basically, it would choose a random comment, ask GPT-3 to generate an "abrasive" reply (in zero-shot mode), and post it. It would also reply to comments, which is why you'll see it deep in comment chains with other dramatards.

A note about politics

I don't think there is a foolproof way, but the way bbbb speaks sometimes sounds a bit off. If you aren't specifically looking for it, you might miss it, however.
A lot of time it'll misinterpret the point of what was being said, or go off on an neurodivergent tangent instead of picking up on the deeper meaning. It absolutely does not understand memes. It never grows or remembers previous interactions.
I'm sure all of this can be fixed with some degree of effort from high power organizations.

If somebody doesn't have any empathy towards you or any self-awareness of their own behavior, it's totally moral to kill them.
