You know what's really bad now is Little Caesars. It used to be you could just walk in and buy a pizza. They premade them based on sales volume. It worked. Now they only serve you if you order ahead, and you'll be shunted behind all the DoorDash scum even if you ordered first. I picked up pizza for people at work and they took a full fricking hour after the order to get ready, and half an hour after they told me to arrive. The manager could barely understand me and spoke utterly broken English despite being lily white. I think she was just a brain damaged redneck. Six other people were waiting in there with me. Someone else opened the door and one of the workers said "No walk-ins!" in a rude voice

The little Cesar's near me is the same it's always been. You can walk in and get a pizza or order a custom one and it's ready in 15 minutes. The guy behind the counter has a pretty bad attitude, but he is also super fat. I go there every week since my kid loves it
