With the help of Dr Gigachad :gigachad2: and some other sources I've gotten into a pretty great morning routine:

  • getting outside and sun in eyes within first hour of waking up

  • some type of cardio for at least 15–20 min

  • delay caffeine until at least 90 min after waking up

  • morning pages (writing 3 page brain dump about whatever)

  • sitting outside to meditate, self-reflect, breathing exercises, enjoy the birdies singing, etc.

  • cold shower

My worst habit is not getting immediately out of bed and instead going on my phone to browse for lols for about 10–15 minutes :marseyantiwork:
