The clouds shifted angrily last night, casting a moody shadow onto my back porch. I filled a teacup with rainwater, microwaved it, and then put Earth's essence (Damiana mixed with rose petals and sweetwood) tea into it. I let the tea leaves settle, revealing their patterns. Today, it was the banewolf. A bad sign. The crow called as I gazed into my omen. A sour mood filled my stomache.

I woke up from a cleansing nap to the sound of rain. It was supposed to be dry this week. The birds called out for me to refill their bath all summer, but today, they are silent. Hunting worms among my garden.

The banewolf signifies I should avoid interpersonal contact today or I may lose a relationship. I am not feeling in the mood anyways. The rain continues falling.

With the help of Dr Gigachad and some other sources I've gotten into a pretty great morning routine:

• getting outside and sun in eyes within first hour of waking up

• some type of cardio for at least 15–20 min

• delay caffeine until at least 90 min after waking up

• morning pages (writing 3 page brain dump about whatever)

• sitting outside to meditate, self-reflect, breathing exercises, enjoy the birdies singing, etc.

• cold shower

My worst habit is not getting immediately out of bed and instead going on my phone to browse for lols for about 10–15 minutes

my back hurts so i give myself permission to go sink a few hot ones and continue smoking all day every time i think about my back hurting

I'm only letting blueberry tea and slurs cross my lips today, and maintain my body temp with my cozy socks

I bought one of those lip filler injection kits off AliBaba and tried it out..... is this something I should be worried about?
