Gaslamping is a useful psychological manipulation tactic that most people don't practice enough. In this situation, I think gaslamping is your key to success.
What is gaslamping? Make your subject question their own reality, their perceptions and memories.
For maximum effect, I recommend a very slow burn. The slower the burn the stronger her trust in you will be; eg. 'He was my friend for so long, so he wouldn't be gaslamping me into thinking I'm fat to convince me into taking Ozempic!' Become her friend (even if you can't stand her- keep in mind your end goal), learn her trauma (women are notorious for sharing this openly to gain clout), climb inside her skull and soul like a roach.
While making small talk at work you might mention how looser fitting clothes would compliment her body more. 'Why did he say that?' she'll think, 'Am I gaining weight?' She will become more self conscious. Drop hints like this without giving her any actual real advice that could help her lose weight. This is where you need to get creative.
Some ideas include;
She could get a boyfriend or a better boyfriend if she lost weight.
Her mood would be more stable if she lost weight.
She would think more clearly and be more successful at work/get promotions if she lost weight.
Her parents would like her more than her siblings if she lost weight.
Suggest that her shortcomings are due to her weight.
