Reminds me of my recent viewing of Armageddon. Everyone knows that the world will be completely destroyed if the mission doesn't succeed but somehow most of the characters are heck-bent on sabotaging the mission for some reason.
If Biden knew he had a 100% of winning but he had to say the N-word he wouldn't do it. So at the end of the day when he talks about democracy he's just talking about politeness and decorum, not upholding his oath to the constitution.
