Good. I like the idea that Trump is just going to wipe away a bunch of stupid shit that should've been removed decades ago. Sure, he'll introduce lots of new stupid shit but his successors can just reverse all of that, and they will probably not bring back the obvious stupid shit. It's like getting rid of decades of tech debt.

this is actually pretty great
you bring in someone who hasn't worked in the field and try to explain your feature/project to him, and anything he says sounds stupid you have to cut. he's not held accountable for the project's issues during this time. then after like 2 months you fire/reassign him and bring in a pm familiar with the project who has to put it back together
destroys status quo bias at the cost of a lot of painful readjustment. almost certainly more expensive than it's worth, but gives you some concentrated diversity to break you out of a local maximum
