It's an amazing idea honestly! Left eye blink could be the equivalent of a left mouse click and right eye blink could be right mouse click too. Both eyes blinking naturally can be ignored.
You could even drag a window by holding the blink (and you'd still be able to see out the remaining eye).

This are kind of a mashup of ones I copied from a bunch of different stuff I've seen people submit or test models with, when you use them all together they make things look nice but limit what you can do given how much information your attempting to feed it. If you look in the picture you'll notice I had to turn down the negative prompts by a factor of 0.5, i.e. x5 reduction brackets = [[[[[things in negative prompts]]]]] because it was just cancelling out eveything I put in.
But yeah for example I just tried (((Marsey the Cat))) on the same seed using float's marsey model, one without the extra stuff followed by one with it, and you can kinda see the impact from these examples lol:
