Odd thing is, its not connected by roads. Only outlet I can see is a small port. I googled the place, apparently it has a ceramics industry. Why build anything in what looks like swamplands far away from roads? If they're moving supplies in they have to use a small port further north. But that means whatever it is isn't high volume.

There's no major cities nearby, can't be sewage treatment plant. There's also a warehouse looking thing with the port. Looking around there's actually a lot of other weird looking things there. From what I can find online there's a soda ash production plant near the second image.

It comes right off the ocean, maybe some kind of desalinization set up? It def looks like tailing ponds of some kind.

I can’t help but feel like people like that have had abusive childhoods. It’s the social equivalent of smearing faeces on the walls. Intentionally doing things that are weird and unpleasant for everyone involved just to provoke (justified) negative attention.
