Russia foolishly fell into Ukraine's trap and took horrific losses capturing avdiivka after the 15th there will be massive riots and revolts when Russia fails to mobilize more cannon fodder. Meanwhile more heroic Ukrainian soldiers are finishing their training in Europe and are preparing to give Russia heck on Earth. Maybe if Putin gets on his knees and begs Zelensky to accept his surrender the West will make his execution a painless one.

not reading that article, and yes losing control of the air and sea (which shouldn't have even been possible) and depending only on your ground forces is abad thing. Russia is fighting just like a third world shithole. They'll probaby lose air superiority over moscow once ukraine gets the f-16.
i feel sorry for yoou deep throating Russian propaganda so entusiastically. The a100 is one of if not the most complex and manpower taxing aircraft in the Russian arsenal. Even if we assume this isn't fake news (despite it stinking like cold war soviet shenanigans) these planes cost billions in terms of technology and production alone, and don't forget replacing and training the crew. Russia thinks it can maintain a war of attrition while sending cannon fodder to die only a few miles off its border while China and india ruin its economy. All Ukraine has to do is keep destroying valuable targets and trade a few miles of land a year in exchange for massive russian casualties that are also starting to cripple the economy. if Russia can't secure a victory in 2024 then Putin will be facing domestic turmoil when he sees Ukraine comeback stronger in 2025 2026 and beyond.

If Russia was as successful as it advertises it would'nt have taken 6 months during a risky winter offensive to capture adiivka. Russia is the one that's having true problems mobilizing for this war. Putin is clearly desperate trying to leverage the capture of avdiivka as morale boost for his successful "military operation" as he calls it, but the victory was drowned out by news of the death of Alexei Navalny. Even a pro vatnik wartuber got silenced for reporting that russia lost 16k men for a city with no strategical importance. Ukraine is more worried about it's ammunition shortage than it is about another mobilization of troops. It doesn't need to mobilize. They're waiting for the results of Putin's rocky reelection and the inevitable chimp out in Russia.
