US didn't had a lot of them. Around of 1500-2000 of them were build. 560+ were used by US, not all old ones were updated. Ukraine received all the clusters variants and been using them since September 2023 and then this year launched over 300 regular once between February and May towards Crimea.

And here Blinken talks about bringing Ukraine into the best position and that Russia doesn't want "good faith" :marseyxd: like how can he says that in such straight face when he promised khohols they are gonna defeat Russian on battlefield then now says best deal for Ukraine after all the game changers didn't brought up anything ?

If we listen to western propaganda it makes it look like Russia is sanctioned at everything when in reality is not so. You are also such an epic economist that you believe business would give a frick about those sanctions and not looking for ways to bypass them. US is also not going to risk to put another sanctions on Chinese companies that also selling stuff to Russia.

Everyone is cheating on sanctions. Russia is too big. Too much to offer and has money to throw around. even US oil companies are cheating on sanctions. Estonian export to russia have grown massively during this war. Same time their girlboss is yelling fire and brimstone. She also profits from war. People are getting rich from this war. Regular folx and ukrai are getting short end of stick. Thats why this kinda sanctions regime failed so massively. it either should have been quick total divorce from russia. Let chips fall where they do. But at least you have chans to collapse russia that way.

Or little or no sanctions. buy gas. But same time you invest to build factories. Then at certain point you actually have production capability to arm ukrain fully. Then throw in full sanctions regime.

Ukrain is short of everything. Missiles. Artilery shells. Manpower. US is producing 50k 155mm artilery shells in month. But only half required propellant. It will still take some times until propellant production will catch up with shell prodcutin. AA missile production will never meet demand. same with every other missile.

Only thing ukrain can affect is manpower. By lowering age to 18. They could fix that temporarily. But they would still need to train everyone

But thing is nobody is interested in Russian collapsing. US wants Russia under its sphere of interest. US wasn't even interested in fall of Soviet Union and was asking Ukraine to stay in the union. Collapse of Russia will bring a lot ok uncertainties

The issue is that Russia is overextended and the only solution is too either fall under another's sphere of influence or too collapse into a more manageable size.

Russia is unwilling too fall into a more manageable size which means they will end up collapsing in on themselves on a final day due too entropy similarly too what happened with the soviet union.

The Soviet Union was a Union of kinda different countries. Today outside of Tatarstan nobody in Russia wants independence. But Tatarstan is surrendered by territories dominated by Russian Slavic population.

A lot of pro Ukrainian cope map of Russia will fall in smaller parts. Paint Kursk, Murmansk, Saratov and Moscow as each a different country. But they all are Slavic Russian.

Eastern Russia is very distinct from the rest of Russia.

China already claimed a new piece of Russian Island a year or two back during the war.

Russian economy keeps tanking but the hits are not allowed too reach all the way into Moscow. The only way too do that is too pass on the hits too the poor regions of Russia which would generate animosity over time.

That's not a lot, NK has more ballistic missiles than this. And it's also an downgrade for Ukraine since they were using more recently build atacms before they started using SK one

Yes the US was doctrinally against tactical ballistic missiles during a big part of cold war because they feared spamming a bunch of conventional ones could be mistaken for nukes because it looks the same on radar. So the US focused on air and sea launched cruise missiles. Which is also easier to move around the world.

I was told by pro Ukrainian that all the weapons Ukraine is getting are from 80ties or earlier and it doesn't matter that Ukraine is using Bradley's that were almost brand new with December 2022 modifications.

And thing is US told Ukraine it doesn't have enough tomahawks for all targets Ukraine wants to hit.

I also wrote before atacms were introduced that they will have only couple of months an effect and then Russian would gain exp shooting them down.

So nothing can save Ukraine now except the concept that if Russia nukes Ukraine then IS wouldn't be able to stand aside and will put boots on the ground
