US didn't had a lot of them. Around of 1500-2000 of them were build. 560+ were used by US, not all old ones were updated. Ukraine received all the clusters variants and been using them since September 2023 and then this year launched over 300 regular once between February and May towards Crimea.

And here Blinken talks about bringing Ukraine into the best position and that Russia doesn't want "good faith" like how can he says that in such straight face when he promised khohols they are gonna defeat Russian on battlefield then now says best deal for Ukraine after all the game changers didn't brought up anything ?
Ukraine has the worst hand since this conflict started. Those SK missiles only shows it.

Didn't wanted to make separate story but seems like US gives a lot of exceptions to the sanctions
@fedposter didn't you mentioned some super duper sanctions. Guess which country was never touched by sanctions and has every exception to trade with Russian including military gear: India. Then you talk about Russian propaganda when you are the one who takes western propaganda at absolute value without questioning it. If we listen to western propaganda it makes it look like Russia is sanctioned at everything when in reality is not so. You are also such an epic economist that you believe business would give a frick about those sanctions and not looking for ways to bypass them. You think all those companies that suddenly started selling tons of stuff to Kazakhstan and even to Baltics don't know where that goods will go ?
US is also not going to risk to put another sanctions on Chinese companies that also selling stuff to Russia.
