In all seriousness, I'm just upset that people keep wanting to push this war that seems needlessly bloody for me for something we have no reason to keep ongoing. The war effort was doomed from the start and anyone with half a brain recognized it. The problem is that the US and Europe led Ukraine along to get it to this point, prolonged it with material support, and now that the writing is on the wall, they're leaving Ukraine to negotiate from a place of total weakness. The message it sends is "you can't trust us, you're better of just dealing with Russia/China/etc." Zelensky is obviously r-slurred in declaring they'll fight to the last man and the EU backing him is just throwing good money after bad but there was a path through this that likely secured American interests better while letting Ukraine save face, throwing Ukraine to the wolves really only benefits Russia.
