More than 100 thousand military personnel left their military units without permission.
You can translate the whole page and etc but it's not a news that west want to translate but it's not entirely clear what they mean. Because Arestovitch told 100k men in Ukraine are deserter:
And it's also not clear if those who surrounded themselves count in those 100k.
His plan for Ukrainian win is now that Ukraine stops Russian counteroffensive (something Russian didn't even announced or planning to do) and then sign peace deal in November from position of power. But he also tells it's pretty much gg for Zelenskyy since Russia won't sign peace deal with him and China will support Russian position that Zelenskyy is illegitimate.

Kyiv imposed martial law at the start of Russia's invasion, banning men aged 18 to 60 from travelling abroad without special dispensation
Notice 18 year olds
Ukraine has stripped military-age men abroad of access to consular support except for help in organising their return home in an effort to boost conscription.
Dmytro Kuleba, the foreign minister, said in a statement that he had ordered measures to be taken to restore what he described as fair treatment for men of mobilisation age.
“How it looks like now: a man of conscription age went abroad, showed his state that he does not care about its survival, and then comes and wants to receive services from this state,” he said on X.
Somehow cutie twink doesn't mention that you need to receive a new passport when you hit 18 and that would mean a kid with his mom (or whole family) left Ukraine in 2022 or later and in June 2024 he turns 18, he can't get his Ukrainian passport and chances are some European countries will create for him problems because he has no Ukrainian passport so the only way for him to get it is to move to Ukraine and surprise surprise in Ukraine now guys older than 16 can't leave the country so he is now send to current bakhmut
Some 4.3 million Ukrainians were living in European Union countries as of January 2024, of whom about 860,000 are adult men, the Eurostat database estimated.
They left not because they want to fight
Yaroslav, a 24-year-old business analyst in Kyiv, told The Telegraph he fears being conscripted will cause his death.
“Ninety per cent, yes. I will be dead,” he said. “I love my country with all my heart, but I'm not ready to die for it with no real prospects.”
He said the idea of conscription is “very stressful” and causes “pure anxiety” among his friends.
“I don't understand how it is possible to fight with our young people without this proper military preparation. For me, it makes no sense.”
Yaroslav said he would consider paying a smuggler to help him leave Ukraine.
“Maybe if there were some ways to figure it out, to give somebody money, to find the right person, I would do it.”
There have been numerous cases of draft dodgers trying to flee the country. The border guard service said it had detained eight men trying to cross into Hungary illegally on Tuesday.
This is average 2024 Ukrainian soldier
Some military analysts say the shortage of manpower is Ukraine's most significant battlefield weakness. It also faces an acute lack of artillery shells, although Kyiv hopes US military aid will replenish its stocks soon.
The aid was given to slow down Russian that's it and even tho US gave Ukraine the final weapon:
(It was already used last week ends on Crimea)
It won't change the outcome
Here on New York time
In Ukraine, New American Technology Won the Day. Until It Got Overwhelmed.
In the first year of the war, Russia barely used its electronic warfare capabilities. Today it has made full use of them, confusing the waves of drones the United States has helped provide. Even the fearsome HIMARS missiles that President Biden agonized over giving to Kyiv, which were supposed to make a huge difference on the battlefield, have been misdirected at times as the Russians learned how to interfere with guidance systems.
Not surprisingly, all these discoveries are pouring into a series of “lessons learned” studies, conducted at the Pentagon and NATO headquarters in Brussels, in case NATO troops ever find themselves in direct combat with President Vladimir V. Putin's forces. Among them is the discovery that when new technology meets the brutality of old-fashioned trench warfare, the results are rarely what Pentagon planners expected.
So they admitting something I told earlier last year that all the game changers are timed. ATACMS after shadow storm is a downgrade for Ukraine and Russia already has exp shooting ATACMS down.
So we are at point where Ukraine is short on men, can mobilise max 1 million more men until the ultimate end. Game changers are game changers. And money was giving to slow down Russian after they penetrated all og lines.
In this all before China fully joined this conflict
So now we are at point where west gives everything for one last go so they don't regret later that they didn't tried harder to save Ukraine regret will always exist that they didn't tried to find a compromise and thought Russia won't start this fight.

Hecko folx,
I've made a few of these before, but this is the first time I'm making one when not extremely hungover. Anyway, what's been going on in everyone's favourite trench warfare slugfest in the last month?
HOHOLS RUN OUT OF AMMO (FR THIS TIME)
Put simply, the uKKKrainians ran out of ammo to do anything of note apart from sitting in a trench and firing the occasional artillery round. Russia on the other hand seems to be doing fine, given a helping hand by Best Korea but otherwise focusing on domestic production. The burgers recently accused China of sending weapons to the front, but considering they've been accusing the chinx of this for over a year now with no evidence I don't really believe them anymore. All this means that the
ZIGGERS ARE ADVANCING FASTER THAN USUAL
Quick Q and A-
- has any city of actual military value been captured
No
- has any major civilian centre been captured
No
- has anything at all of actual military value been captured
Yes. From what I can tell most of the defensive trench lines the ukies have set up in on the front line in Donetsk have been captured. Note this does not mean all or even the most important fortifications, the most important fortress cities lay outside of zigga hands.
WELL OK THEN, WHY DO WE CARE?
Because in the last few days/weeks the uKKKrainians have been putting up less and less resistance for every random village taken, which you can find out more about from the incoherent Salvposts written about them. Put simply, the Putinoids are advancing quicker and quicker.
DOES THIS MEAN THE HOHOLS ARE DONE?
IMO not in the short term. The burgers and the Czechs (who've spent the last few months panhandling for ammo) have committed to start giving ammunition in the next few days, which will probably allow Zelenskyyyyyyy to halt the Ruzzian advance somewhere between Chasiv Yarrr and Sloviansk. The hohols have been warning of a new Russian advance in a few months time, but they always do that to give a sense of urgency.

For those of you that don't know 47th brigade was the spearhead of spring counteroffensive. It's unique brigade because it was one fully formed by nato standards all their soldiers were young fit men that had no Soviet training and were probably even before the conflict trained in the western countries and were fully equipped with nato gear
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/47th_Mechanized_Brigade_(Ukraine)
They were owned very hard during their spring counteroffensive
As of September 2023, the brigade had suffered around 2,000 casualties out of its initial complement of 5,000.
Official estimate so things must been a lot worse
On 16 September 2023, Lieutenant Colonel Oleksandr Sak was removed from command and replaced by Colonel
Oleksandr Sak In 2023, he was included in Forbes 30 Under 30: Creators of the Future rating.
Because the brigade had tons of hypes
https://www.forbes.com/sites/davidaxe/2023/06/23/where-are-ukraines-m-55s-tanks/
The 47th Brigade is a special unit. It began last year as an all-volunteer battalion in Kharkiv in northeastern Ukraine, then quadrupled in size to become a brigade. Equipped mostly with American and European weapons and trained to NATO standards, it's one of the most Western of Ukraine's brigades.
So Ukraine didn't wanted to lose that brigade for media propaganda reasons and fill it with tons of mobilised units and send it to avdiivka
Ukrainian commander-in-chief Syrskyi publicly praised the 47th Brigade in March 2024 for its efforts in repelling Russian attacks on the villages of Berdychi and Orlivka.[34] On March 10, 2024, the commander of the brigade, Ryumshin, was replaced by Col. Yan Yatsishen.[35] The latter is the fourth commander so far.
And then after avdiivka they and berdichy they were send to rest, for 2 weeks then they were send to protect Ocheretine
El País on April 22, 2024 reported the brigade was in dire straits due to ammunition and equipment shortages; in one company, for instance, there remained only two Bradley vehicles in operation out of its initial eleven.
So they told frick it today and run away
@Szia_uram is super fan of this brigade so I am sure he would like to know more about this brigade after all would Forbes gives title of creator of future to a random ?

Russian been sending serious message to that city saying neighbors to leave the city.
Many think Russian will attack that city but in reality they just want to turn that into dust so Ukraine will lose its main hub in the northern Donbas front since in southern and mid Donbas front they already can fab the hubs
For example in ughledar area
Last time Russia attacked that place Ukraine survived because they had that north east route but now even in pro Ukrainian source things don't look good for ughledar
In Pokrovs area Russian captured 70% of that Ocheretyne town so soon they will be able to use that town to bomb Pokrovsk (just 25km from Pokrovsk
Why Russian captured 70% of ocheretyne and map doesn't show up ?
This map shows this today while
This yesterday while Russian controlled more than 70% of the city for about a month but live map doesn't want to demoralise pro khohols

The Czech president is one of a kind. With Ukraine being able to increase their rate of fire and Russia losing a good part of their oil refining capacity at the same time, things are slowly looking up again.
I just hope Ukraine takes advantage of the situation and stokes the fear of a fuel shortage in Moscovia.
The fear of the shortage is important. Because the panic run on gas station will create the shortage much faster than the rafinery damage could.
Oh they even coped with refinery damage

Ukraine today lost 2 towns and 2 more are now 50% under Russian

No promised border security in today’s supplemental.
— Rep. Victoria Spartz (@RepSpartz) April 20, 2024
From roughly $77B slush fund in the Ukrainian supplemental ($61 in budget outlays + $16B blank check for drawdowns & loans for any foreign country or intl organization), only $13.8B - somewhat direct military aid.
I voted NO
Check the comments
But that aid ain't that important to what the senate did: Wants TikTok to separate it self from China, give Taiwan arms and make it easier to sanction Chinese companies
Then Blinken bitches that China is starting supporting Russia
China controls over 50% of cotton explosion that are used to build artillery shells, it has tons of metal and other resources. Trying to save Ukraine and shit on China is very bad combo

🔥👀 Before we managed to shoot down the Tu-22M3, Ukrainian troops sat in "ambush" for a week, - Budanov

❗️"The same means that were used to shoot down the A-50 were used to destroy the bomber at a distance of 308 km", he added. pic.twitter.com/qpJtQUVHmR
That's peak pathetic
308km is also incorrect information but even if we assume it's correct, no AD will stay closer to the front than 80km now so he is telling Ukraine got a weapon better than US or Russia has
Like patriot best missile has 180km and that missile is in conceptual development and other with longest range has 160km.
Like for real why do they even need AD and patriots if they can shoot that long ? They should share their tech with Israel and US
So he went from this:
And this
To literally claiming Russian technical errors as his doing
That's why I love khohols their lying is almost on African lvl but African have better dramatics. Also this is not racism but acceptance of other cultures customs norms

🇺🇸🇮🇷🇨🇳🇰🇵 Blinken accuses Iran, North Korea and China of helping Russia
— Lord Bebo (@MyLordBebo) April 19, 2024
"Efforts to disrupt the transfer of weapons and also inputs for Russia's defense industrial base. When it comes to weapons, what we've seen, of course, is North Korea and Iran primarily providing things to… pic.twitter.com/AunvkggKLr
China and Russia declared a "no limits" partnership in February 2022 when Putin visited Beijing just days before he sent tens of thousands of troops into Ukraine
It's also cute he didn't included India because India is position that it needs to keep Russia more friendly to it self that to China.
Ukrainian new plan to win is/was actually bite Russia to use tactical nukes against Ukraine. This week they tried to attack Russia early warning systems. By Russian/US doctrine that's a good reason to use nukes. On top of it it's not something US wants so Ukraine again been told not to.
https://www.newsweek.com/ukraine-may-have-just-crossed-putins-nuclear-red-line-1891250
We can of course assume those redlines are BS and Iran won't attack Israel… I mean Russia won't invade Ukraine… so yeah.
That's also the reason why not many talked about this event.
Also those 60 billions if they would be given to Ukraine (big part is credit and not even weapons) that would just mean Ukraine will in total get around 200 billions from US since 2022
Since January 2022, mostly Western nations have pledged more than $380 billion in aid to Ukraine
So in big picture how is less than 1/5 (yeah it's less than 1/6 but 1/5 sound prettier) in help they already received going to help them win ? It's at best going to help them hold for some time but Ukraine main problem is hyper mayoism, every year living in conflict reduce their populations by a lot even without war loses. Also even in 2022 December before that aid was even planned and Biden was telling that 50 billion aid was last I wrote ok they will give 60 billions more to Ukraine in 2023 then how will they find excuse for 2024, 2025 and etc ? And they couldn't even agree in 2023 and that help was postponed to 2024 so next 60 billions will be even harder to pass.
Now is Ukrainian last chance selling Donbas to Russia
Last week Russia managed to enter 3 cities (kinda sad they don't talk about Krasnohorivka since it's as fortified as avdiivka yet they lost like 25% of it)
Russia is 20 km from Pokrovsk
Originally they wanted to capture this black circle yet somehow they captured that red one and it's way better for bombing Pokrovsk. Pokrovsk is important because it's main hub in south (technically central) Donetsk, destroying it will be gg for Uhledar. On northern part Russian wiping out slowly Kharkov so supplying Donetsk soon will be a very b-word for Ukraine.
When Russia capture Donbas they will push the dinazifucation rhetorics again and how will Ukraine even give that to Russia in peace talk ? Giving Russian Donbas when they already have it won't cut

Iran spend less than one 1% of its shit and it was enough to overwhelm Israeli AD and force multiple countries (US, Frogs, Italian, UK and etc) to intercept those missiles
Iran probably had capacities to do a draw with Israel for years now and that event was a proof of it. It also very safe to assume Iran has nukes.
It's a bit like in 2016 people were making haha at NK telling it missiles will never fly and today it's just silence
