Simple. I go to my kitchen, mix up some chlorine gas bombs, and drop them down the vents. Anybody who runs out is getting dropped by a silenced scoped rifle, and anybody who stays in dies from the gas.
Admittedly I would prefer if they run out because making thermite is really a hassle (it's tricky to get the mix of aluminum and magnesium just right) and it would be a lot more convenient for me to get access if they just opened the doors up, but if they were reasonable people they wouldn't be gatekeeping me in the first place, so
