NFL owners complaining 49ers are benefiting too much from hiring people of color

The redditors were mocking this complaint. I believe there is some validity to it though.

Everyone knows that the nfl is the least creative group of frickers ever to do anything. They basically just hire the coaching staff of whichever team is doing well at the time.

I'm curious if the Niners actually have a higher percentage of BIPOC coaches or is this just the result of teams feasting on their coaching staff like a bunch of hyenas?
