Any community is rife with people who abuse their online powers, and Reddit is no exception. But assuming mods are by definition all pathetic losers is such a weird Reddit echo chamber.

NBA sub jannies are pathetic losers. About half are Warriors fans and they regularly remove criticism of that team as well as discussions when that team loses. Also, during the Reddit blackouts it was discovered that they reopened the sub to mods only so they could discuss the NBA finals together while everyone else couldn't do anything.
