Context: Man City footballer Benjamin Mendy was found not guilty for raping 5 women back in January, with that jury failing to reach a verdict on two additional charges. Today, a new jury has cleared him of those as well.

Most of the time the accused aren’t denying s*x happened so semen is useless. Most r*pe isn’t as physically traumatic as you’d think. The issue with convicting r*pe is that there’s rarely any witnesses, that’s why they build these cases with multiple women. it’s unfair for men because they can rarely defend themselves and unfair for women since it’s difficult to prove it happened. In this case, the first trial proved they were liars though. There are recordings of the s*x itself, decent evidence of the foids colluding and one of the women went back the day after the "r*pe" and was seen smiling and laughing. It's the second trial you could bring this up for.

Between military service and college - out of the nine times I have seen women accuse a dude of r*pe, eight of them were completely made up either as revenge or to save face.
