Context: Man City footballer Benjamin Mendy was found not guilty for raping 5 women back in January, with that jury failing to reach a verdict on two additional charges. Today, a new jury has cleared him of those as well.

Most of the time the accused aren’t denying s*x happened so semen is useless. Most r*pe isn’t as physically traumatic as you’d think. The issue with convicting r*pe is that there’s rarely any witnesses, that’s why they build these cases with multiple women. it’s unfair for men because they can rarely defend themselves and unfair for women since it’s difficult to prove it happened. What you end up with is a bunch of foids saying BELIEVE ALL WOMEN, and dramatards saying ALL FOIDS ARE LIARS.

In this case, the first trial proved they were liars though. There are recordings of the s*x itself, decent evidence of the foids colluding and one of the women went back the day after the "r*pe" and was seen smiling and laughing. It's the second trial you could bring this up for.

anecdotal evidence from a couple of cops I know is that 95% of the r*pe reports they get the foid essentially wants a piece of paper saying she was r*ped and therefore totally didn't cheat

Between military service and college - out of the nine times I have seen women accuse a dude of r*pe, eight of them were completely made up either as revenge or to save face.
One of those incidents was a gangbang that was videotaped, including a part where she called one of the dudes a kitty because he wouldn't piss on her.
Another one is now a prominent activist about "MST - Military Sexual Trauma", and has a whole business designed to leach money out of the DOD to lecture about it. The actual story, and why the dude didn't even see a court room, was because about 30 of us were there and we watched this chick molest this dude for about an hour before he finally gave in and fricked her.
