To be fair to these ladies, America does kind of look like it was intelligently designed, doesn't it? Like if you smoke a blunt and think of this as a tower defense sim where your goal was to protect civilization from a flood of barbarian invaders spawned from mass migration or climate change, North America would be pretty easy to defend because Central America has some really nice chokepoints, and there's no way migrants are crossing either ocean in rickety boats. Great place to "build a wall."

I'm not saying I believe even 1% of their "ancient aliens built the Statue of Liberty" nonsense, just that if our empire was hypothetically meant to survive an apocalyptic ecological collapse, we're pretty conveniently situated for it
