Yeah, as others have said, it's the drunk driving that's the problem. Quick and easy s*x is what Grindr is for, and a solid percentage of the straight men on there are ashamed of their attraction. It's just: hop on, get a million messages, pick the hottest one, frick, and never talk to him again. It's objectification both ways—I don't think anyone who regularly uses Grindr is under the illusion that it's anything but, and it's the same way on the gay men side from what I've heard, if not 'worse'. Weirdly enough, the few "no hookups" types I've gotten are mostly young police officers and local politicians... very strange.
