this is true though, zoomers were raised to expect app hookups as the default and can't adjust to life without a bachelor pad. you could just be a teenager emeritus and take girls on cute dates and have a relationship before you have s*x rather than the other way around and suddenly living with your parents is not that big an obstacle if your life is otherwise on track, but they literally cannot fathom this.

idk i dont think housing has all that much to do with it. I got laid far more when i lived with my parents/didnt have my own place and a stable job. I think society is just falling apart these days and the dating scene sucking has more nuanced causes behind it.

I got laid a lot when I lived with the folks, I'd just drive to them. Or if we couldnt find a place to go, a dark spot deep in the woods, true story. I'm not sure how i never got accused of something, 90% of my dates had to do with the outdoors and away from other people. Camping, fishing, canoeing. You've never seen a b-word swoon until you got her in a canoe and shes watching you paddle.
