'Force teaming' is a phrase I've heard where the person puts you both together in a way that you never wanted to be a part of by saying 'we etc etc' and then relying on you feeling too uncomfortable to confront it.

Lol, god forbid your partner try to frame things as problems to be addressed together instead of adversarial bullshit. I'm sure this person really loves listening to other people and compromising on things for the sake of everyone's wellbeing.
