TBF, this could also be the reply of a super high tier thinker who never eats breakfast and so fully realizes that his conception of how he would feel if he had eaten breakfast is probably not the same as how he would feel in reality if he had eaten breakfast and so hedges against making a definitive claim when he knows it's likely he's going to be wrong.
On the other hand nothing else she is saying gives me the impression that she'd that type of person so whatever...
