She very much enjoyed the free money and attention being rained over her in volumes that were far greater than they ever were when she was making videos about 
hecking science.
However, this career move seems to have dried up since Fresh competition has now shown up on the scene and is drawing the attention of her simps.
Though her years of living out the female fantasy of being a waking corpse are behind her, the reality of having wasted several fertile years on a grift may dawn on her soon. 
What causes a sufferer of 'Long COVID' to suddenly recover with no apparent changes to treatment? Are there any other diseases that suddenly go into remission with no impetus? It's one of the many mysteries about the female body that doctors must investigate, like why PCOS magically stops existing when you lose 20lbs. 
We'll just never know.

Not taking a bath for 18 months and not walking for 2 years is just not believable, there's no shot she didn't even try to walk or ask to be carried to a bathtub. Like what, her husband just changed her diapers and sponge bathed her for 2 years and never tried to get her to move?

There's a couple of videos on the topic that really elucidate the scale of her scam
. Her poor husband is literally doing all of those things. He's got her on a specialised diet which is really complicated and requires blending, waiting on her hand and foot, and ensuring everyone is sufficiently worried about her.
It's pretty obvious that her issue began with agoraphobia, which is not uncommon for middle aged women and particularly newlyweds.
This developed into some kind of hysteria when she got into the tantalizing cycle of do-nothing > get attention.
Not a single one of these health updates has footage of a medical professional saying 'yes, there's something physically wrong with her body, here it is, here are the diagnostic criteria for it.' Can you guess why?
