Yeah that was like a year ago. They went a year and a half with just rules and barely trying and failing to ship 3 measly minis.
Then all of a sudden about two or three months ago they finally opened a real kickstarter this time for real minis for each army. They raised 3 million freedom dollars.
That said their distribution and infrastructure look much smoother and put together this time. I am reasonably confident they'll get their shit shipped on time even with the enormous amount of orders, but we'll see, they just confirmed all the backers' shipping addresses last week.
