To be fair inner monologue and the ability to visualize things are two different things, I believe that there are people in society without the latter but not the former

Lack of either seems comically absurd and the only reason I believe them is why would you admit that your brain functions at such a lower level unless you didn't realize there was a difference
And I mean that you can think about things without necessarily using words unless you're thinking about using words
Like if you're thinking about how to cook an egg you can think about the concept of pulling it out of the fridge and cracking it and etc rather than thinking "alright I'm going to take it out of the fridge, and then I'm going to crack the egg into a bowl..." in words
But you can't really do the first kind of thinking if you're imagining a conversation

No inner monologue means IQ<90 and that's ok; I'm sure a fricking scammer will be fricking super happy when you fall for a fricking pig butchering scam
Seeing words beams them into my understanding and i usually just "gist" them which gives me TERRIBLE reading comprehension sometimes i have to slow down so i hear words in my mind when I read

Some people have a voice in their head reading things they read apparently but it doesn't do anything more abstract. They can't consider an idea from two perspectives and weigh the pros and cons of each mentally.

From what ive read those without the inner "voice" visualize things in more detailed ways instead so its not like theyre zombies who operate on instinct
This hole is for discussion, blogposting, memes, greentexts, and anything that relates to being transgender.
Being transphobic, homophobic, and generally too annoying and chuddy in this hole will get you exiled. Posting elsewhere has little hold on that so as long as you can play nice without concern trolling and hiding your true intentions behind a thin veil you will be allowed to post.

What IS an inner monologue though
Like, the ability too make yourself think out loud in you're head?

You know how when you have a habit or are very focused on a task, you can "go through the motions" without thinking?
Imagine being like that your whole life.

I've talked to this with people and there is just nothing in their head. They don't have thoughts or visualize things in their minds eye.

I could imagine thinking in nothing but shapes/ideas/abstractions in situations that don't involve communicating with someone

If people couldn't arrange sentences in their head like they do the steps in a task, then freestyle rapping wouldn't exist.

Part of learning to speed read is to stop doing that; it's not 100% necessary for reading

If I were to guess which dramatards lacked an internal monologue, Grue would have been at the very top of the list.
