The game is even more r-slurred than it sounds. I figured it would let you select something to build but stop you right before you did with some related text (like if you tried building a railroad it would complain about noise or something). Instead it's just a static screenshot and every time you click it pops up a random message. That's it.

I hate that I even clicked through to it.
