It's incredible basically nobody is able to pull off the old C&C formula successfully. Maybe it's just a sign of the times and that the people have moved on

C&C was a very basic rts, the very foundation of RTS, and I dont think you can get away with that anymore.
Units were either anti-infantry, anti-armor, anti-aircraft, or anti-structure. Economies consisted of a unit that collected a single resource, and maybe tech-buildings/passive income.

I still play ZH with mods for a bit from time to time, it's pretty amazing what some of these people did (for FREE
) adding entirely new factions and units. Especially the zero hour mods (shockwave, rotr, contra) that adds basically a full roster to every subfraction. You don't really see that in the newer C&C/StarCraft inspired games anymore

Probably more of an issue with the engine. Runs fine on my 7yo machine, yours is probably too new. One thing that can fix it sometimes is playing solo LAN matches

No one in this hellbent day and age is going to Heaven anyways. Do whatever you want before eternal darnation where God will punish everyone for all of eternity. No amount of repentance can forgive it because the Quran makes clear people who pray just to avoid Heck are seen as disingenuous and the prayer is null. Martyrs get Heaven at least. The only chance my soul has is a holy war breaking out which is a long cry from realistic. But they say Allah is the most merciful so maybe trying as hard as possible to be good is good enough. Else he would have killed us all already. Or maybe I am making excuses because I am scared for judgement day
