EVE Online is an ACCIDENTALLY leftist game. It presents a society functioning entirely on right-wing free market capitalism. It's fricking miserable to play. It's a hellscape. Everything sucks. And that happened organically, as an inevitable outcome of its premise. You could argue, if you were a fricking idiot, that Bioshock isn't "really" leftist because the plot simply DECIDED that Andrew Ryan's libertarian utopia failed. EVE Online just said "okay have at it" and within five years major power players had literally recreated OPEC.
Most games, even if they're right-wing, are pretty low-key about it. They'll be vaguely nationalistic military fetishism like Call of Duty.

You would like Tyranny, the CRPG where the evil path is the well-developed one. Closed fist open palm in Jade Empire was supposed to be a more morally ambiguous choice, but that also turned into nice guy/meanie. I think different independent flavours of good would work better. Like Republican, Democrat, or Libertarian. A drug addict is terrorizing school children for drug money. The Republican solution would be to shoot him. The Democrat solution would be to attempt to reform him. The Libertarian solution is to tranq him and dump him in the wilderness with a gun and a map back to civilization.

Mr. House is the only chance New Vegas has at surviving while retaining it's identity as well, and he's a staunch capitalist. NCR is incompetent, the Legion obviously wouldn't permit the degeneracy of Vegas, and while Independent is a fun power fantasy it would never last with constant betrayals, sabotage, and the courier knowing frick all about running literally anything.

Not even just supplies, military command is laughably idiotic, Oliver is a complete moron. Kimball is driving the NCR off a cliff, and his death/retirement is the best thing that can happen for the NCR.
Weirdly enough, NCR is in a better spot in the House and Freedom endings because they force the NCR to look inwards and fix shit before it's too late.
It's been shown that the NCR is having problems back in California as well, untrusted currency (thanks BoS), rising crime due to most of the NCR's forces being in the Mojave, obvious corruption; it's why the NCR is desperate in the Mojave and the dam.

MGS is left in a more Japanese sense I would say. Notice the hard anti-nuclear message in it. Very post-war Japanese mindset.
Also Kojima went hard-wanking in Peace Walker, and that game is shit.
The only part I can consider Left in New Vegas is the dev team not being able to flesh out Legion more, but I don't think they shoehorn themselves in really much.
