You can mod the sims 4 to insane proportions and all of these things were already available via mods (and much much more).

). I guess that means this is another patch that makes very minimal improvements to the game.
To fully understand how lazy those devs are, many of the thousands of bugs in the game code require just a word/number or 2 changed in some xml file to fix. Worst, the community has done much of the work in tracking down and identifying the fixes for them.
