The recent Dragon's Dogma 2 announcement has forced me into a fresh playthrough.
I'm feeling masochistic and breedable so i'm building a pure Warrior. My pawn is a femboy Sorcerer that I tried to make look like Bridget but resembles Link, which isn't really an issue.
i’m always hearing about Dragon’s Dogma and keep being tempted, but not enough to actually buy. one thing that holds me back is i hear the story is boring/terrible. is this true in your opinion?
The first few hours are really slow and it's understandable to be filtered by it, especially the Ox escort mission but once you get past that and start exploring and building your character, you'll find the combat addicting and the world a treat to explore on your first playthrough.

Story is fine, slightly rushed in places but it has it's moments.

I tried 3 times to get into this game but I can't play it for more than a couple hours before quitting
