I have no idea on his profile it's Belgium flag and he is living in some village. He is also part of Belgium community. But Russian would complain in Russian and talk back to you in Russian even if you don't speak in Russian, frogs also do this often.

Weeb? Skyrim and elder scrolls are American made video games based on European lore and history. I had too google the weeb word.
