i can't beat it. i just can't fricking beat it. i've won a single game in like 20 hours of playing. the blinds are too god darn high at the end.
i forgot palworld existed. my cousin randomly gifted it to me the week it came out and i played like 10 hours and really really enjoyed it. then i started playing siralim ultimate (an amazing game i keep meaning to make a shill post about but never doing it) and project zomboid. then balatro came out. and now here we are, with me remembering palworld exists and wondering how different it is after a month of not playing. i had a cool flying monster and just got my first gun.

16 days and dozens of hours played later i'm coming back to this comment to say...i finally get it. i've just learned there's a difference between +2 and x2 multiplier.
i won like 4 games in all my play time before. now i've won 2 games in 4 tries.
i was googling why the legendary jokers are garbage when i found a steam thread saying that with replies all
you r-slur there's a difference between + and x multiplier!

Tbf there isn't a big UI difference between the two stats. Something the game needs to work on imo is communicating info to the player.
