The Pokemon Company International (the one who's hiring) is the American Subsidiary for the TPC Japan. They exist mainly for brand management, marketing and licensing in the West.
Neither those two are in charge of the mainline games anyway. They are at the bottom of the pecking order (TPCi < TPC < Nintendo < Gamefreak). What I think we will see more are r-slurred English localizations like this one:

Could be wrong but i dont think the pokemon company actually develops games, their co-owner Game Freak does. Pokemon company is primarily involved in publishing and merch and monetizing the brand

I THINK they also have some involvement with the anime(Poke Company) but all the video games are 110% GF's territory. At most PC prob tells em what pokemon they can and can't use
